Apple iOS :

iOS stands for (iPhone OS) is a mobile operating system  Initially released in  June 29, 2007 , created and developed by Apple Inc  exclusively for its hardware (ipod, ipad ,iphone), considered as variant of macOS and Based on UNIX , Closed Source with some  open-source components.

So, Apple is the only one who owns the source code And there's no external party that can see or make changes to UI, and that's what enhances their security against any outside penetration, and that's what sets Apple apart.
But its disadvantages lie in the rapid development of applications, unlike Android, where the field is open for all developers to make changes and improvements in the interface of the system.
This made Apple a bit behind on some improvements over the interface of the Android operating system.
But Apple recently rectified the situation and opened the door, starting with version ios 16, where it provided all kinds of customization options that allow you to make the lock screen unique! and several other options.

The most characteristic of the iPhone operating system is memory management RAM  by the applications themselves, as they automatically allocate memory and deallocate it as needed, unlike the Android system, where applications are allowed to take up as much memory as possible.
This is why iPhone use less RAM than Android Phones!.

Which is better for you iOS or Android?

the choice is relative from person to person.

If you are looking for a stable system and a protected environment, but limited by some options (like Developer ..etc), the best choice for you is iOS.

But if you are looking for an independent system open to unlimited use and especially for small budgets, Android is your best choice!.
